Candle studio · Barcelona

We booked the candle workshop for my mum’s birthday and it was perfect. Clear instructions, a lovely space, and we each took our candles home.

Thank you, Carla! We’re so glad your mum’s birthday went well with us. Enjoy the candles, and we hope to see you both at the studio again.

Yesterday

Nice workshop, but we started twenty minutes late and had to rush the last part.

Drafted reply

Waiting for approval

Thank you for telling us, Daniel. A late start isn’t fair on the group, and we’re sorry the last part felt rushed. We’d like to make it right next time you visit.

Illustrative example of the approval inbox

Set it up once. Then it runs.

Three steps, and none of them needs a developer.

  1. Connect Google

Sign in with Google and choose the Business Profile locations you manage. It’s Google’s own permission screen, so we never see your password.

  2. Set your voice

Describe how you talk to customers: warm or formal, brief or chatty. Every draft follows it.

  3. Approve or auto-publish

Five-star replies that pass every guard go out on their own. The rest wait in your inbox for you to approve, edit or reject.

What it does for you

Built for owners who want every review answered but don’t have an hour a day for it.

  • Sounds like you

Replies are drafted in the voice you set, so they read like something you’d write on a good day, not like a template.

  • Safe auto-publish

Only five-star replies go out on their own, and only if they’re under 600 characters, contain no links, emails or phone numbers, and fit within a daily cap.

  • Approval inbox

Everything that isn’t clearly safe lands in one inbox. Approve it as written, edit it, or reject it.

  • Multi-location

Run several locations from one account, each with its own reviews and replies.

  • Replies in the reviewer’s language

A review in French gets a reply in French. Visitors from abroad get an answer they can read.

  • Learns from your edits

When you edit or reject a draft, the next ones take it into account. The more you correct, the less you need to.

You stay in control

Your name is on every reply, so the rules for what can publish without you are narrow and fixed.

Publishes on its own

Only when all of these are true:

  • The review has five stars
  • The reply is 600 characters or fewer
  • The reply has no links, email addresses or phone numbers
  • The daily cap of automatic replies hasn’t been reached

Always waits for you

Held in your inbox until a person decides:

  • Any review with one to four stars
  • Any draft that fails one of the guards
  • Anything beyond the daily cap
  • Sign-in with Google

You connect through Google’s own OAuth screen. We never see or store your Google password.

  • Encrypted access

The access tokens Google gives us are stored encrypted and used only to read your reviews and post your replies.

  • Disconnect anytime

Remove GladReply’s access from the app or from your Google account, whenever you like.

Built for a real studio first

GladReply started as an in-house tool for Vento Barcelona, a candle-workshop studio in Barcelona. It was answering their real Google reviews before it became a product. The guards, the approval inbox and the way it learns from edits all come from running it for a business that cares what goes out under its name.

Questions owners ask

What gets published without me?

Only replies to five-star reviews, and only when the reply is 600 characters or fewer, has no links, email addresses or phone numbers, and the daily cap hasn’t been reached. Everything else waits in your inbox.

What happens with negative reviews?

They are never published automatically. GladReply drafts a reply and holds it in your approval inbox, where you can approve it, rewrite it or reject it.

Will the replies sound generic?

Drafts are written from the voice you set and from what the reviewer actually said. You can edit any draft, and your edits and rejections shape the ones that follow.

What access do I give you?

You sign in with Google and grant permission to manage your Business Profile. We use it to read your locations and reviews and to post the replies you approve or that pass the auto-publish guards. We never see your Google password, and you can remove access at any time.

Which languages does it reply in?

The reply is written in the language of the review, so each customer gets an answer they can read.

I have more than one location. Does that work?

Yes. Starter covers one location, Growth up to five and Agency up to twenty-five, all from a single account.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Connect your Business Profile, set your voice and see how the drafts read for your own reviews.

Who is behind GladReply?
